When all the opened actions have been resolved, the grievance maybe resolved. Once this is done, no further actions can be performed on the grievance. Follow the steps below to resolve a grievance

This will lead you to classify grievances window, where you can resolve the grievances

View the resolved grievances from the  Resolved Grievances  Tab on the Dash board

This can be done from   the home page.   From the home page , select “view status “ and enter the grievance number – this will present to you the following  window
